I've just read an advert for the above product. Says this is a proven product sold for some years in the USA and will increase your metobolic rate and is now available in the UK. By taking 2 tablets 3 time a day you can acheive weight loss. Is this something which works or just a way of getting money out of desperate people. Could I have your comments. Many thanks. Regards Jeanie

I wouldn't use any pills to lose weight. I think and know, that it can be done successfuly in the gym and in the kitchen. Save your money and buy good food. Resistance training will play a big part as it will speed up your metabolic rate and sculpt you a nice body.

You're welcome to start using it, but prepare yourself to be very disappointed. All weight loss pills promise amazing results, but none deliver. Products like that do work to a certain degree - but if you don't adapt your diet and exercise regimen, you'll likely end up with insignificant results. Overall - judging by the exorbitant prices on these things - they're not worth the money.

Ciongratulations on the good work at the gym. If you say it was hard, it means you really worked at it. Keep it up and if you have any questions, just post them!
