Has anyone heard of or done any calorie cycling? I was wondering if it is beneficial to change up your calories every day, like one day I would have 2300 then the next like 2500 then back down to 2300 the next day, etc? The reason I ask is because I am at 2300 right now and I try to get close to that every day on my lifting days and my days off.

havent tried it but i have heard people tell it is a good methode. althou the only calories that change are carbs. fat and protein stick the same.
you play with carbs to chanhe your caloric intake.
one day low carbs, next normal, finally very high carbs.

i have heard that with this you get mass and cut.
the day you eat low carbs you cut and the day you eat high carbs is for your muscles growth and avboud muscle loss.

but give it a try, lets see what happends.
