i'd like to know what foods are dense in calories because i find it hard to eat enough to meet my needs. also, i've been having a problem with throwing up early in the morning after breakfast and before going to school so i don't want that to make me skinny.

Foods with healthy fat such as avocados, various nuts/nut butters (walnuts, peanuts/PB, almond/AB), salmon, flax, oils (olive, grape, etc) are very calorie dense.
