I work out in the morning, then have my meals as the day goes on. My ft program suggest 2400+. What happens to all these calories are they all used up before bedtime? or do some carry over to fat land?
That depends on if you're on a mass gaining or fat loss program. If you're on the fat loss program, the calories calculated should be under what it would take to maintain your weight, on the other hand if you are mass gaining then the calories are over what you need to maintain your weight so that you will gain muscle and a lil fat.
