I'm wondering how many calories you burn a day without excersize. Is it the calories it shows in your profile. Also, if I consume as many calories as I burn without excersize, and then I also run a couple miles each day and lift some weights, will that help me lost body fat.

http://www.calorie-count.com/ Not a bad site. It has a food and activity log and a report function where you can look back on a specific date range and calculated caloric intake and calories burned.
