What's up all, I am 5'10 166 lbs, have been with ft about 4 weeks now, dieting strict for 2, I am trying to lose some weight and get really toned up. Currently I am intaking 2000-2100 calories, 180-200g P, 50-60g f, 250-275gCarbs, I have yet to lose a pound, fluxating between 165-166. Am I just impatient or should I change my intake values. I am very active, been working out for 8 months just 1 with ft, do cardio 3x week plus HIT. Started at 4min, am now up to 12. Any advice would awesome, have a good one!

Do you lift weights, also?
Try bumping your cardio to 20 minutes, minimum. Lift before cardio if you do them on the same day.
What kind of carbs are you eating?
You could try doing 210g protein / 210g carbs / 46g fat.
That is a 40/40/20 split for a 2100 calorie diet. I have seen a lot of people lean out just by switching to that - as long as it is good fat and clean carbs.
