Hello all, I'm new to the boards and FT. I'm 24, 99lbs, mother of 2. I want to "tighten up" all over but mainly in the butt, thighs and stomach. I'm also trying to gain weight and not flab. Question is, under the nutrition program, my allowed calories are pretty low, I think, for a person with a high metabolism, active, and trying to gain weight. For my weight, it allows me about 1,980. What do you think? I want to gain about 10 lbs, alot of muscle in the butt ( I want it big and round), but other than that, just some strength overall. I had cancer last year and now I'm feeling kind of puny after a year of laying in bed alot. So, what do you think? Is the nutrition program on target? Thanks! Angel

Well, I'm about 122 lbs and I think my maintenance calories for this weight would probably fall into the 1600 calorie range, so 1980 is probably plenty for you. Great to have you aboard, you sound very determined!

Follow the recommendation for a while. If you don't start see the results you are looking for after about 3 weeks, adjust the calories gradually until you do. :)

You don't weight a lot and that is probably why. There are a lot of posts regarding glute training, check them out. Good luck and if you stick to your program, you will see results.
