Hey every one. Im new to to ft. I hear everyone saying its all about calories if you want to loose weight. well what about grams of fat. Is their any fast way to loose weight?

Many ask this question...here's one for you: did you gain your weight fast? There is no quick fix, miracle diet pill or magic ab device that will make you lose weight in a very short period of time. It takes patience, dedication and hard work. Most of the battle is diet, which is the hardest habit to break.

Fat contains 9 calories per gram, so be careful on what you consume and only have good fats.
