i have found a weight gain drink with 1500 calories in each serving, how come all weight gains dont have this much in? :dumbbell:

It all depends on the brands, and what the source of the calories are as in the protein, fats, carbs, sugars, etc.

Be very careful of the numbers game: you can only physically fit so many grams of macronutrients per scoop! Many times, they just use bigger scoops or bigger servings in order to get those high numbers. For example, a regular sized scoop can hold about 22-25g of protein, depending on the percentage of protein.

the brand is "ATLAS" super weight gainer. i am so skinny but toned, i just wanna put 2 stone on before my holiday in july. im already 10 stone but i want size aswel as being kinda toned. i train 5 times a day and eat well but never seem to gain weight. can anyone help or give me a few tips. thanks:dumbbell:
