I started my diet with 1500 calories and lost a few puods over the last few weeks. I think I am starting to slow up. Based on what I am reading, I should be taking in abuot 2000 to 2300 calories. I am a supervisor so my day is not to active but I do 90 minutes of intense cardio and training 5 days a week. I bring all my meals with me but when I eat I feel full. So how do I cram more calories down with out feeling sick??

How much do you weigh? You may not be getting enough calories with that intense cardio added to your days.

Much more information is needed to assist you better. We do not even know if you are male or female.

Sorry, still new to the boards. i am 33, male, 5'9, 190. i ussually do 45 minutes of the cardio and mix in training. i am always switching it up to try to get the most out of my work outs. i think i could very well be to low on the calories, but how do i eat more when i am already filling up with the food i do eat. my diet consists of eggs (whites), whole grain breads, fish, chicken, oatmeal, and a lot of fruit and vegitables. So let me know what you think. Here's an example of what i eat yesterday.
Thanks for all the help.
Breakfest: oatmeal (cup)
2 eggs with yolk
4 eggs (just whites)
Snack 1: cottage cheese (1cup)
4oz of fruit
lunch: turkey (5oz)
whole grain bagel
4oz of fruit
small salad.
Snack 2: cottage cheese (1cup)
Dinner: 8oz of chicken (baked no skin)
big salad (made with baby spinach, avocado,
tomatto, cucumber, light dressing)
4oz of vegitables
Sack 3: 90 minutes before bed
cottage cheese (1/2 cup)
So what do you guys think. What can i do to mprove this. I am very regimented so i will follow anything to the 'T'. i just want to see the fat come off and not loose the muscle i have or trying to put on. my goal would be to try and loose a pound a week. (is this unrealistic ?)

Seems to me like you need to increase your calories. 1500 is pretty low for an active 190 pound guy. Try adding at least a few hundred more and see what happens. Also get hooked up with a strength training routine in between cardio days.
