I may be a bit behind and I know beta is coming out but I have just got my first batch of cAMP and cissus and going to give it a few cycles to see how I get on.
I have gained near on 10lbs but of course have gained a little body fat with that. What I want now is to burn of the body fat but keep the weight. Hence using cAMP (also clean diet). I have also a number of small injuries from football (soccer) and they are always with me so I am going to give cissus a shot too.
I have read everything on this site about them both but need to confirm a few things as to when is the best time to take it. my daily plan is as below
* 7:00am get up and take 2 cAMP and 2 cissus with coffee
* 7:30am Oats and protein drink
* 10:30am Cottage cheese and ham wholemeal sandwich
* 11:30am 2 cAMP and 2 cissus
* 12:00pm Gym
* 13:00pm after gym protein drink
* 14:00pm brown rice and chicken
* 16:30pm tuna and salad
* 18:30pm veg and lean protein (chicken or steak)
* 21:30pm wheetabix and milk
* 22:30pm bed
What I need to know is if the food and gym times are the time im taking the cAMP and cissus are about right? Also if I was to add a third dose for the evening what would be the best time?
