I have read all of the posts on camp (mainly the log that bb1 posted) and am still confused about the differences between camp and c2. What exactly does each do and should they be taken together or separately? (A scientific explanation is not necessary, want to know what kind of benefits one will see.)

C2 has synephrine, caffiene, Rhodiola, chocmonine and cAMPH does not. C2 is stimulatory and cAMPH is not.
