Can u help with my eating plan?
I'm 25 currently at 180lbs. My goal is to have Great muscle gains! Currently with my current program I'm not seeing much gains. I'm taking my protein supplements as instructed

Hi there,

How much bread and pasta are you eating? I would look at cutting that down. Only eating wholemeal bread, if you need too but not touching white bread at all. As for pasta, it is high in protein, so great for energy but high in carbs. Brown rice is a good thing to change too, if you haven't swapped over already.

I'm a chef but different foods affect people in different ways. If you were willing to share your weekly menu of foods, i would be able to assist in what I would focus on, if i was you.
