Hello everyone

My name is James and I'm new to this site!
I'm 29 years old, weigh 93KG's and am around 5ft 10. I live in London although I'm South African born.

My ultimate goal is a six pack stomach. I have good muscles but the problem is my stomach. It isn't massive at all but there is a fair amount of fat over it which is hiding my ab's.

My exercise program is fine. I play loads of squash at a high level (great cardio). I also run and do weight training.

The problem is the diet!

I need help on what I should be buying at the grocery store!

I work 8am to 4:30pm. Often, I coach squash for an hour or two after work most days. Timimg my meals gets hard!

I have 6 smaller meals a day.

Breakfast is a bowl of oats and a cup of green tea. I find this fills me up loads. In summer I have high fibre cereals with semi skimmed milk.

The rest of the day consists of high protein, low fat meals.
The problem is, whats else can I snack/eat besides chicken, turkey, sweet potatoes? I find myself eating the same meals over and over. It gets boring and difficult to follow! Also, our work canteen doesnt have the most healthy options. I usually end up having a failry healthy sandwich. What could I bring to work instead?

I'm also trying to quit alcohol>>>the hardest!

So, can anyone help me with a good mix of things I should eat while trying to obtain a six pack stomach?

Any tips/thoughts welcome!

Thanks

James
