for my loading phase it says I should take it 5-6 times a day (1 teaspoon each time) could I just take like 5 tea spoons at once or like 2 or 3 at a time?

No, do not take 5 teaspoons at once. Take it like it says, 5 gr. doses 4-5 times per day for 5 days.

It's the same reason why you wouldn't take all of your daily protein requirements in one sitting...the body can only absorb so much at a time.
