Hey, I'm new to the fourms. But I've discussed weght loss with fellow memebers at my gym and some agree that fast weight loss is onlyfor a short time. Is this true?
Absolutely, because to produce a fast loss you have to make an extreme change, which will eventually get changed back to the way it was in the past. Usually from restrictions in ones diet.
