I dont see the option like in the old version of the site?
anyone know how to tweak what days im working out on the sched

Hi IanLMT, if you are referring to the 12 week mass & strength program then the days are set specifcally so you can follow the program correctly with enough recovery times to make the gains the program is designed to provide. If you wish to tweak the days you workout then you will need to do that on your own at this time, as long as it's the same total amount of days per week. However we do not recommend this as this program is specifically designed to work a certain way.
We'll be adding more variations in the coming weeks, so be sure to check back or keep up-to-date with our announcements.

awesome thank you much! I experienced great gains doing this program last year and im going to do it again, I tweak it a bit and add other stuff too (Im a massage therapist, lots of myology knowledge etc, ) studying to be nsca cscs certified but thats a ways off... i love your site! its great!!!
Okay so as long as I have the same rest time between workouts i guess its okay? awesome
