I'm doing this because I don't want to put on any fat.
What i want to know is, how much muscle can be put on using the lean muscle gain? Is is even possible to put any on, is it all lies?
My goals are looking to put more inches on my arms, and on my chest, whilst keeping my stomach figure

you can do it but it will take you a while...you'll gain maybe 1-2 lb per month of lean muscle mass....you won't see much change until 6-12months after you begin....you'll first see it in strength gains...however, it will involve heavy lifting and clean diet....if you eat crap, you'll...so keep that in mind...
