Cardio and plyo works the body in two different ways one is anaroebic...the other aerobic...one for explosion(plyo's) the other for weight loss..etc(treadmill)try maybe a different split...say you do your upper body on monday...then do plyo's after that...on tuesday work cardio...and repeat for thursday and friday. And you should think about maybe doing some lower body workouts to help too. What are your goals? What do you wish to accomplish from your training? I looked at your profile, but you didn't have it filled out...having that filled out makes giving more helpful responses like this and learning about you a lot easier for us. I hope some of this helps.

plyo burns a lot of calories and if you do it for 20 minutes, then you are doing cardio because it definitely gets your heart rate up. The definition of cardio is aerobic exercise that can be suatained without undue fatigue for at least 10-15 minutes. A very fit individual may be able to use plyo as cardio, you could use it as interval training, where you jog in place inbetween sets to recover your heart rate and breathing before the next set. I wouldn't make this your cardio everytime, plyo is something you want to gradually build up the amount you do so that your joints and ligaments can recover and adjust. Do treadmill on seperate days for cardio and vary your intensity and time.
Good luck!
egptnballa - getting cut is going to be more a function of your diet than anything, look to your caloric intake and how your nutrients are distributed.
