This seems a little high. I try to work out in the gym 5 days a week for about 1 hour. I follow the plan provided here. I throw in some cardio as well. does this seem high?
What are your goals? For many, 600 gr. of carbs is a bit extreme. I am guessing you must be around 250 lbs. now or better?? Forgive me if I am off, not meaning to offend.

No not offended at all. I am at 237 pounds. That is up from 225. I want to tone up a little more and get some more definition in my mid section. I have been following a low carb diet since Jan 1 2005. I was up to 290pounds and mostly Molson Mussel LOL. But am getting a little grip on it know.
