Up at the top of the page, there is a tab that has exercise programs for free. Fill in some details and BAM! you have your very own workout.

at 16 i wouldn't work out to often, unless your pretty out of shape.i dont have great genetics but when i was 16 i got into alot of s@#$ and hung around the older dudes and they taught me how to lift with proper form, you would be surprised what the right form could do for your workout regiman sometimes when your young you just want to go heavy and make the steel go clink'clank=on some heavy bench shit, but all thats doing is hurting your back and working your hammy's,at 16-dog learn your form and work on intensity the weight will come later if you really want it,my brother in law has a drug problem he just went away for 3 years he was 165,guarenteed when he comes home 235 but he doesnt rush the mass he works on form and gets himself back into the heavy stuff,so at a young age make a life of it and dont rush because nothing comes easy and anything easy aint worth having eat, sleep, andlift heavy trust me its not that hard
