How's everyone doing? I just joined this web site yesterday and I think this is a great site that is really helpful.
Is there anyone who can tell me how many milligrams are in a gram? I'm trying to figure out the supplement part which is alittle confusing. I'm trying to gain weight and I looked on the the supplement part of this site and it's telling me to take creatine, protein or whey protein glutamine, BCAA, and vitamins and minerals. Can someone also help me to tell me what i should buy too. Is taking all that stuff at once bad?
Thanks for any help that i receive

There are a lot of discussions about these things in the Supplements forum. You should be able to get a lot of info from reading the posts there. Good luck.

If you are just starting out you should concentrate on your diet and exercise routine first and foremost. Take a multivitamin and invest in a good whey isolate protein for post workout. Starting out with a bunch of supplements isn't necessary. Read some of the posts in the supplement forum.

Oh, by the way, only the professional version has fitbuddy. I spent a long time looking for that a while back and had to ask...lol.
