I am looking at my workout program, and I have no idea what to expect. it seems pretty laid back for working out but not too hard. I heard someone say that if I tweak it then the muscle mass program won't work. is that true? Because today I did some stuff from yesterdays workout and I would only think it would help me to do more. I dunno, can someone help?
i always thought there should have been more it is pretty laid back i didn't even use it. i just come here to talk. thats just for complete beginners in my opinion so your body gets used to lifting. if you've been lifting for awhile then high reps might not be your thing.
