First off, sorry this is so long. I've been here for a while now, but am just now trying to get my diet in order. I am wanting to keep my strength while reducing my bodyfat. Im am trying to go with a 50p/30c/20f macro diet. I am going to try 2300 calories at first and see where this gets me, and adjust it accordingly. My question to FT is if someone will tell me if this is a good meal plan to follow to reach my goals, and if not, could you make some suggestions. Thanks in advance.

1/2 Cup Oatmeal

1 Scoop ON Whey

-374 calories
-46g protein
-31g carbs
-9g fat
