I currently have PROLAB creapure CREATINE monohydrate powder
This is all it says for SUGGESTED USE on the label.
One rouded teaspoon dissolved in 8oz, water or your favourite beverage. Drink after your workout.
It says nothing about loading, nothing more than 5 grams after working out.. only on working out days.. can this be right guys!?!?!?!? should i just follow these instructions for this particular creatine??
