Hi i am rely new at this so i dont understand? I start my plan this Mondy. I am 15 years old and 6ft tall and weight about 220Lbs. What i dont understad in this that i coped and pasted below. PLz help?? What does it mean? i need to start but i dont know what it means? :(
As a rule of thumb, if the repetitions assigned are 8, then you should select a weight where you are only able to perform no more than 9 repetitions.
it means that you need to choose heavy enough weights to do 8 repetitions and no more than 9 basiclly max your weight to you can only do that many repetitions. i hope i help ya
