L-Carnitine? Does it do anything? Does it help in weight loss? I'm having a debate with a guy at work about this.

Save your money.....look to ALCAR...much more useful form.

carnitine supplements arent going to do much for you if you are a normal healthy person, its more for those who are deficient in producing it.. oral ingestion doesnt make it to the level of the muscle where it works, so its pretty much useless
