Anybody eles eat this stuff?

For the last 2 months I have had it almost daily with my 2nd Meal of the day and haven't skiped a beat in fat burn.

Meal 2 looks like this:

Choice 1, 1 Cup Kashi Go Lean in 1/2 Cup Milk and now I have added 2 TBSP of Flax Seed and on the side it's 2 to 3 oz of Canadian Bacon.

Choice 2, 1 Egg 3 or 4 Egg Whites, 1 Cup of Brown Rice 5 TBSP of Salsa and 5 TBSP of Salsa.

Meal 2 is always my lightiest because it's usually the meal that falls in after my work out and about and hour or 1/2 prior I have Whey and Water after workout and Meal 1 that usually fall right before my workout an hour prior is usually my most calorie denced meal.

Anyhow my goal is only to reach 13 to 14% body fat and maitain it and I'm at 17% now also like I said fat burn has not stopped or slowed down since I have started to eat the Canadian Bacon, I'm just wondering who eles likes it!

No problem here with Canadian Bacon. As long as it fits your calorie intake requirements, it is fair game.
