Hey all out there,
Just sayin hello letin ppl know I'm alive I guess.lol
I decided to join this place cause well I Personally just want ideas and tips on losin weight for myself, and just gaining my all around energy level back. I Just lost my Father to cancer and a heart attack...and well it was an eye opener to get my life on track and start doing things I have always wanted to. I am an abid sports player..hockey on sundays, lacross on wen. and an abid bar going :) (college come on) I live for sports..but my athsma kind messes that up a little..and so does classes.lol anywho..just thought I'd say Hey and see if anyone got anything interesting to tell me about fitness :) thanks a million

Welcome to ft. Sorry to hear of your loss. You have made I wise decision. Establishing and maintaining a moderate to high degree of physical fitness can go a long way to combat some of the health hazards we are faced with. Look around the boards. There are many topics related to diet and exercise. Good Luck

Welcome to freetrainers Nighteyes. Sorry to hear about your loss. Sounds like you really love hockey. Good luck and there are many great women players on the ice. Especially from Montreal, she won gold.
