Hi! I have thyroid cancer and had a thyroidectomy. I have a certain mutation that can make the cancer harder to treat and easier to spread or return (braf mutation). I read that a low fat, high protein, and normal carb is the best route and that’s how I found this site. I’d love super easy recommendations for meals. I am exhausted all the time and will either not eat or grab something premade. I do drink a protein shake (pure protein). I gained about 35 pounds in the last two years due to my thyroid and now I find it impossible to lose it.
