12g of dietary fiber....

it sounds good but i hate eating anything instant/microwaveable foods....and it doesn't show how much sugar it contains or sodium.....

So what do you guys think?

If the meat is good, it is hard to mess up chili. Just the beans alone are great, and add in good meat, and you have a good meal.

You might want to watch out for the sodium content, but if BB1fit says it's good, I agree. lol

Chilli is great. I make a batch about every 2 weeks. You can also use chicken instead of beef.

thanks....i am gonna be making my own soon...gotta look up for some recipes.
But for time being, I add canned tuna into a pot of chili.
It is not the best, but still tastes pretty good and I get lots of protein out of it....
