I cannot afford A personal trainer to put together a program. I do not want to go unless I have a plan of action, i don't want to look like a idiot! So if anyone can help with beginner program for somebody that wants to burn fat look stunning. That will be awesome.
Big hips, fat arm and legs all need to go. I want nice a nice tone look with a nice ass to top it off! Xx

If you can'f afford a personal trainer but want to keep fit, you need to discipline yourself with exercise, diet and avoid vices such as smoking and alcohol. Start with jogging 30 minutes daily, eat more fruits, vegetables, low fat but high-fat protein foods.
