I have a very high motabolism and if I don't eat all the time I actually lose weight.
I would love some recipes or ideas on how to pack some weight on.
I have tried the most intense protien and weight gain drinks as well as creatine and they don't seem to help.
Any suggestions?
Well I just stumbled across the Bodybuilders shopping list and I can say honestly from the stuff on that list...My diet is not very good.
But with this list I am gonna start working on it right away.
I like to eat well, but I tend to make excuses because of my busy schedule and end up at Wendys or some place.
But here I go...
