okay, Im not tryin to get far or anything but I am 6'0 anywhere from 130-135...I havent worked out since about Sep. which I regret...But I eat like I should sometimes a little more..But I cant eat unhealthy, Im really not supposed to...I know I need to start working out again, which I am gonna do..But plz help me out w/ the eating cuz I have no clue of what to do:surprised:
