hey i cant get my arms sore. i do combined 60 reps of standing curls, 3 sets of 21's (standing), and 48 combinded reps of hammer curls. i do 12-10-8-6-12 and then vary it around to get 60 for the first set. this is like 170 or something movements of my arms shouldn't they be sore? it has nothing to do with posture or anything or doing the excerise right, i do all that they just don't grow really and dont get sore...
Uh?.. More weight maybe? on the last reps of those exercises are you really struggling to force out that last rep.. you could of also hit a peak.. if you already did the advanced 12 week program try the mass bicep blitz at abcbodybuilding.com .. its pretty rough.. I can't do it all..
