I'm currently 5'11 and weight 220 and I'm currently benching 285lbs i've been there for about a month and I want to go higher does anyone have advice what works well for them and I'm 18yrs old and male
what kind of things do u do for chest? do u pyramid or rep?
these could have something to do with it. if not just it a plateu and give it time, u will go up agian. just keep your focus and uwill be fine!!
