I want to bulk-up. FT recomends 4700 calories and 280 grams of protein. I've been told by others that this isn't realistic, but I've only been able to do around 3000 calories and 200 grams of protien. I'm doing the bars and eating as much as I can, but I just can't do it. I'm 6'2" 190 and have a very fast metabolism.
How much protein/calories do I realy need to gain mass?
whoa!!!! 4700 calories? I eat that in 2 days! (but i'm only 5'7) 200 grams of protien is ok, but you don't say if you are weight training. What are your goals besides getting larger? Fill in your profile and tell us more so we can help you out.
