I've been trying to even out diet to match the nutritional plan I got from FT. It shows I should have 3497 calories, 225g protein, 563g carbs, and 43g fat. I'm finding that in order to make the calories up and not take in more than 43g fat I'm getting too full and can't eat anymore. It showed last night at the gym, I had to stop 'cause I almost passed out. I ordered ON 100% whey but it hasn't come in yet. My work day is pretty hectic so its difficult to keep a real close eye on my diet, does anyone have any suggestions?
.... yeah i understand how work can be an obstacle when tying to keep a good diet and diet schedule. but where there is a will, there is a way.
you saying that in order not to eat more fat you dont eat?
what do you eat that has fat? remember that the fat must come from nuts, flax seeds, salmon,avocato... "good fats".
