Well im a 15 year old male, and i cant seem to get into a regular routine. I mean im wanting to get skinnier and get rid of my fat, and all the food i eat is not all that healthy sometimes. and its hard to get the healthy things when were kind of on a budget and with me not working right now its kind of hard to go and get the healthy foods im needing to diet. I seem to come home after school and be on the computer or go hang out. I mean i have a tred mill and i use it sometimes but sometimes i also forget to use it, if you know how i can finally get started and become un lazy id like to hear your ideas. thanks:)
one day at a time. When you are first starting out, the first few days or maybe weeks do suck. You have to force yourself to do it. You have to decide what you want. If it is to get healthier then you have to just do it. After a short while it will become like 2nd natural and you will want to work out.
As for a routine, you need to add weight training. That will help get rid of fat faster than cardio. You will also need to clean up your diet. Maybe if you tell your parents that you want to lose then they will help with the food choices. Good luck
