I just joined this forum, it's my first day and I am SO excited! Anyway I want to utilize the nutrition tracker, but I find it hard to use. For exsample I had an instant breakfast thin morning and I wrote down the nutrition values, but this food item is not in any of the drop down food groups. Can't I just add in whatever I want manually somehow? I know how many carbs, protien fat etc. was in the shake, but I don't know how to add it in the tracker. Please help!
