If i'm trying to loose weight and weigh 190 at 5"10 what should my daily carb intake be right now i've been taking in about 180gr. which i'm not sure if thats high low or medium. I've been mass building for a year and have accumulated a decent amount of muscle not sure if that matters with carb intake.
What is your total caloric imtake? Your carbs should fall into the 30-40% range of your total caloric intake, maybe lower if you are cutting, say 20%.
