When it comes to weight loss, dies it matter from what the carbs come from (whole grains as apposed to white carbs). Why is it so important so stay away from white carbs? Do they get stored as fat faster more then whole grains?
"White carbs" as you put it, basically processed foods are for the most part higher glycemic, thus for the most part raise blood sugar levels, which in turns results in an insulin surge. This is your "storage" hormone, and the last thing you want all day is rising and falling blood sugars. This is the quickest way to short circuit any fat loss.
