Just wanna know if u guys are on carbo diet or protein and why?
i m talking about carbohydrates in whole grain, fruits and vegetable.

Hi,
i am 18 male, height 6, weight 130 pounds.. i just love to eat whole grain, fruits vegetable, meat sometime.. i eat whole grain and fruits alot.. i dont know if i am underweight or overweight.. please help.

Am I reading your post correctly, you are 6' and 130 lbs. and not sure if you are underweight?

At 6'0 and only 130 pounds, if I were you, I'd forget about doing a carb OR protein diet. I think you need to be on a seafood diet - see food, and eat it! Seriously, you need to be taking in alot of good carbs, good fats, and tons of protein, especially if you're working out 5 times a week.
