I am new to this site and really like the exercise plan< but I have a couple of questions about the diet plan.
It seems to me that my plan calling for 45 grams of fat and almost 700 grams of carbos and about 3500 calories will be counter-productive to my goals. Am I missing something here?
Thanks, Billman

The diet plan is only a guide. If you know what your maintenance calories are, then you should go from there and adjust accordingly.
Hope this helps... :dumbbell:

Your total fat shouldn't be over 30% of the calories in your diet. Sometimes a glitch.

ok, Here are the number exactly as they appear on my nutritional plan. 185 grams protein, 648 grams of carbos, 45 grams of fat, and 3696 calories. something seems a little weird here!

Not knowing your stats, and what your goals are, it's hard to give good info. Tell us a little more about yourself, and please fill out your profile. Will be glad to help.
