How much do I really need to worry about carbs. It seems like the only way I can get a low fat, low calorie diet is by eating a lot of carbs. My main meal of the day usually consists of rice or noodles with some vegetables. Is this ok?
I generally eat soy products, salads and cereal the rest of the day. My nutritional website isn't working so I can't fill out the profile. I am trying to mainly lose weight.
