Lately I switched my diet to a high protein, low fat and very low carbohydrate intake, with a still very high training daily, and in the past 3 days I've just felt very fatigued and much more sleepy during the day.
Is that because i'm just not getting enough energy from the carbs????

You are not getting enough carbs, remember carbs play a very important role in your overall fitness just as protein and fats do. Start adding some more clean carbs to your diet such as vegetables, they work wonders!

Good luck!:)

well I mean i have been eating salads and vegetables, besides potatoes, and i have been staying away from high glycemic fruits. But probably only 3 servings of vegetables a day, and thats usually just with 1 with lunch and 2 with dinner.

Since monday I've worked out and run 6 times and today I am just drained, i mean my muscles dont feel so bad, but energy wise I'm fricking tired, and I really dont want to pass out the next time i go to condition since i live in florida and 3pm its like 96 degrees.

Add some pasta, yams, sweet potatoes and rice into that diet as well. It sounds to me like you are not getting enough carbs for the training you are doing. That happened a lot when I first starting running and had to learn to eat enough to compensate for the training I did.

I like yams, and sweet potatoes, and whole grain pasta and rice , but even the pasta and rice has alot like 40 grams of carbs per 2 oz.
Right now I'm not trying to build muscle, Im just trying to maintain it, but thats kind of been cruddy, I know i need the carbs. for the gym and sprints.
I just kind of made up this diet on my own with input from a friend who is on like UFC diet to cut up.
I have a weird body, its like I can run like 10 100 yd sprints and then go to the gym and powerlift for 1.5 hours, but I still have a gut, I think its' because of CORTISOL.

welll, before I turned 18, right now i'm 20 by the way, minus severe stress when i was in middle and highschool, my parents took us out to alot of nice restaurants and I ate alot of rich foods for awhile, but from the age of 13 I've had an extremely high activity level,
In highschool I played 4 sports.
