Hey There,
I need help, for my nutrition tracker I always seem to come up high on my fat intake and way low on my protien and carb intake-does anyone have any ideas on what types of food are best, that are low in fats and high in protien and carbs?
Thanks!

You should check out the bodybuilding grocery list by BB1fit. It's has been very useful to me and many others. Foods that are high in protein are usually not very high in carbs. You would probably have to eat two types of foods to get a lot of carbs and a lot of protein.

what do you eat? because it is kind of weird that you cannot get the amount of protein you need: you just have to eat chicken, meat,fish,tuna.... ¿?¿?¿?
and those foods dont have any fats at all (expect for meat)

Well I eat lots of chicken and tuna but I seem to be coming up way short on my carbs(by at least 100) and protien(by about 50) and going over my 30 g of fat-keep in mind I am a student in university food is hard to come by....but I do not eat bad at all. I find that by the end of the day I have gone over my fat intake by 1 or 2 grams and come up short for my carbs and protiens I just wanted to even them out and balance.

do you use any supplements? and i dont think going over by just a few grams on your fat intake will kill you.. just as long as its not overdone..

What's the tracker suggesting? Fill out your profile so we can help you a little better. like how tall you are and what your weight is.

My tracker is suggesting 30g a day, I tend to go over about 6 g a day or so, but I am coming up like 100 less for my protiens and carbs, I will update my profile pretty quick here!
