Designing a meal plan is becoming a real pain. The worst part is that I meet my fat goal well before my carbs, protein, and calorie goals. Is there some easy ways to get the carbs and protein and ditch the fat?

Also, to get your calories, you should consider high quality meal replacement supplements. But do your homework and get a good product - don't just get whatever is cheapest. That may save you money, but it could also hold back your progress.
