I started working out about 4 or 5 weeks ago, I am going 6 days a week and running 15 mins before I lift weights and 15 after, is this a good way to do it or should I change this routine?

If you are just getting into the habit of exercising that is fine. After getting more experience, it is better to do the cardio after the weights. Since you train 6 days, make sure you really rest on the 7th day.
Hope this helps.

If you are using it as a light warmup/prelude to your weight session, then this is ok. But it should be just that, very light and not strenuous. You do not want glycogen depeletion before weights. It will only take away from your weight training session(strength and thus overload of the muscles).
