Hey!! Im 17 years old and have just signed in and going to start my fitness plan on Monday coming up ! Im really excited and stuff, but i would like to know...what cardiovascular exercises can i do and for how long? i don't really have access to a gym and would prefereably like to do it at home. i also dont have a whole lot of time during the week, so is it possible to do a quick cardio workout each day before or after exercising?

of course!

do you have access to a bike (stationary or regular) or treadmill? you can also go out for a run or walk..

stick with about a 30- 60 minute cardio session, depending on intensity.. remember to have a 5 minute warmup at a reasonable pace, and a 5 minute cooldown with some stretching after you are done.. when you feel confident enough, read up on HIIT training

theres alot of different goals for cardio, whether it is length, heart rate, etc. check out some of the fitbuddy posts, as cardio workouts have been discussed plently before.. good luck!
